Chesareé Rollins, Ph.D. is a self-taught Chef and the operator/owner of CheSa’s Gluten Free Food Truck, LLC, Catering Services, and Meal Prepper. Chef CheSa allergy to gluten has lead her to partner with the American Heart Association, Oak Street Health, Sparkling Ice, Access Community Health and a number of businesses and community organizations to empower Foodies to eat healthy while dining out.
Since 2015 Chef CheSa has successfully launched businesses that cater to individuals who have an intolerance to allergies such as bread, wheat, flour, barley, oats, dairy, soy, eggs, peanuts and shellfish because of her extreme health complications related to gluten. CheSa's Gluten Free meals are made with fresh vegetables and quality meats. All of the meals prepared by Chef CheSa's and her team are 100% gluten free, organic and NON-GMO.
You can find Chef CheSa creations at Wrigley Field during Cubs games; Whole Foods and Pete’s Fresh Market salad bars; and around downtown during lunchtime.
Chef CheSa is the only Woman-owned, minority-owned 100% Gluten-Free Food Truck in the state of Illinois and the only food truck in the mid-west that curates a healthy Gluten-Free Menu, food truck style.
